hello beautiful people. I have reading on this site for a while and I have being trying to sign up but for some reason it would not work until today. I have a quick question I called for an SR and I checked online it said I was assigned after a couple of days it said my case is on Hold while they locate my file. I never got any email from them or mail. Please is it normal is getting close to 20 days now. HELP
