Adjustment of Status - I-485

I recently went for an info pass appointment on 27th June.

 My PD March 8th 2017, Responded to RFIE April 24th 2017, Got my EAD 10th June, ....I knew it would be long before i get my interview so i actually didnt check my status everytime,,,,,but being a silent and avid reader in this forum, i noticed that some people were given interview notices with March PD, so i decided to schedule for an infopass appointment just to find out whats happening to my application

Was there by 7.00am went in...then first window you explain what your issue is...Mine was that my status Said RESPONSE TO USCIS REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE WAS RECEIVED' and so i told the lady i would like to know whats happening. She gave me a receipt number asked me to sit down and wait for my number to be called. 5 Min into waiting i was called to a different window, same question how can i help you...Same answer. Then he checked his computer then starts saying you know this things take long 6-8months you know you can check on the website... I just stared at him ,didnt say anything, i was actually thinking of what to say next as i didn't want him telling me the same things the Customer service tell you....I said my status say.......Then he said let me check it for you. Asks for my work permit, looks at it, mumbles something about the street i stay in...(its close to a major road or something) Then he says iTS BEEN READY TO SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW SINCE 13TH JUNE, am like what? I said ok (Keep in mind my status says request received)....then he says you should hear something in the next 30days

My guess hopefully and in God's time and speed He is talking about an interview notice....well if i don't see it am definitely going back there. Am looking out much more on the mails as i do not want to miss anything
