Dear friends, I need your advise
My PD is November 25
I will have my interview on July 17th. I am going through the court process. I was knocked out by a man at the party back in October. I pressed charges against him but he did a cross-complaint against me in March. We still hadn't have a court session... so they didn't find me guilty, I didn't get arrested, no fingerprints were taken. (We'll, I didn't do anything) .. it's in Municipal Court soon.. is it already on my record? Should I bring it up if they ask me?
