Adjustment of Status - I-485

I now spoke with an immigration upper class officer he told me I should of already have my permit earlier this month and he went deeper the reason why mines took Long because my background check was sent for further analysis he said that came back on 6/8/17 so I should of have already see an update. He was surprised that I was still waiting and said everything is done on my case. He said it takes 3-6mos for 765 nut it can be less than 3 but it's really that time.

Very nice gentle man funny how when you speak to different officers you all kind of stories. I explained to him t that I was vawa and I wanted to know if VSC has already start to update March fliers he told me he can check it also told him that untried SR but I got a notice on the 8th and incident write in because I was I already 106 days in when I recieved it. He did not say he can't give me no info or write he looked into my case and told me what I mentioned above. Dome of these officers are way too lazy and don't care. I'm really happy I got some answers today.
