Expedite EAD- Case under review
I called USCIS last week 70 th day requesting to expedite my EAD based on financial and emergency condition. As much as I know they send a letter asking to fax the documents. Today 74th day I got the letter in mail saying my case is under review and will receive a decision shortly. It sounds so weird. Why did they not ask for supporting documents. I was ready to fax them. Has anyone come across the same reply?
