I have been worried so much about my I-765 application that has been pending since 2/28/17. I met with a immigration officer at 3 PM today and he said there is nothing wrong with my case and that I am probably one month away from being approved since they are working with January 17, 2017 according to the website. He also said I can write a letter to NBC with a letter from my job if I want to expedite the process.
I was so worried about losing my job too because my current EAD will expire in less than 3 weeks , I made a copy of my I-765 notice and wrote human resources last weekend. I called to follow up with her few minutes ago and she said that she appreciates the letter very much, as long they have a copy of my I-765 notice I can keep working, just give them the new EAD when I have it. I still have no EAD but I feel so relieved.
