Hmm you learn something new everyday with these officers lol
G'morn forumers if your case is completed doesn't mean you will get update right away. Officer said if they leave cases they working on just to update complete cases they will never get work done so I guess what they do they update a much of people one time. So why the ones who's case is completed must suffer the wait for all 6-8wks while we wait to push through the system? Officer said because of the case load they have and they transfer some cases to other service center for help. Why not hire more officers?! I know they're over worked but why not protest to the gov't to hire more officers?
Those of us at the same centers with same PD and some are getting update and some still waiting it means those who are not update case transfer to another service center you won't get update until they sent back to the original center.
