9 months past still fingerprints app scheduled status
Hi Guys,
My application was accepted on October 9th, 2016. I believe it is being processed in Boston and i'm not sure why it takes forever. it's been a little over 9 months but my online status is still "fingerprints app was scheduled". I called to the 1-800 number but the representative just read my status from the same web site i look at. Is anybody in the same situation or was in the same boat especially Boston? Is this even normal and what did you do in this case? Thanks a lot for any insights!
