Request for Initial Evidence
Hello everyone. This forum has been so helpful. Pls i have a question. I track my case status today for Form I-485 and this is what i saw "On July 6, 2017, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires" On this same date, i received a letter of appointment for my Biometrics fingerprint which i did yesterday(10th July). Am confused, Is this the same evidence they talking about or something else i need to look forward in the mail ? Pls anyone with same experience should share..Thanks
