Interview Questions about Work History
Hi there,
There was a period of time for about seven months after my husband's tourist visa expire that my husband was working illegally. I'm wondering how much detail the IO will go into about work history. What questions have they asked you about work history? Do they ask about how you were able to obtain a job without a SSN? Specifically interested in hearing from those of you have also worked without permission and learning more about your stories as well.
Can't thank all of you and this forum enough for the information!
P.S. Our PD in New York was May 1st. Biometrics were done the first week in June. Still awaiting notification about EAD approval. Anyone else in NY with a similar timeline?
