New Sponsor
Hello to all,
I will send a petition for a new sponsor soon, this time my father in law will be my sponsor. Initially, my wife was my sponsor but since we filed joint taxes they sent me a RFE to send a copy of my new EAD and the approval but as I have mentioned in my last post, I have not received my new EAD approval or card yet. I filed for renewal of my I765 on November 2016 but have nothing since then. So this time my lawyer has advised me to look for a new sponsor because we do not know the time frame that it will take to receive my EAD. If anyone has had an experience with changing sponsor, can you please share I just want to know what is going to happen and to estimate how much time it will take for them to send me something.
