I have applied for my adjustment of status since 2015 and my case was recieved march 2015. we went for our interview in october 2 , 2015 and everything was perfect. I got a later that i have a pending traffic ticket and i went ahead and close the ticket and send them the disposition of the cleared traffic case. ever since then i have my application status did not change as it says. "You are scheduled for an interview for october 2015". This case has been on going to 3 years now and nobody is attending to my case. When i visited the USCIS office, they said their is no Negativity on my case and they are not requesting for additional document. Does anyone have similar experience where your case has been delayed for about 3 yrs? is there still a possibility that they will ever attend to my case? i have been waiting for this for about 3 years and still dont have a green card. pls advice.
