Hey guys question. I entered the the country March 7,2017 where I had my months of planned wedding to a USC with my family & friends present on March 10, 2017. My spouse & I dated 1 year before marriage & I visited a couple times before. My PD is April 21 & I have not received my EAD combo as yet. My point is tho I want to leave the country asap due to emergency reason. Will I be able to re enter the country if I leave without advance parole card since my visa is still valid & my current admission is up to sometime in September. Or will it be a better idea to have to spouse fedex me the EAD combo once received.
