Hello guys,
Here is my experience. From a silent reader of this forum.
Marriage to USC. Chicago Lockbox. MSC
03/03/2017 – Concurrent filling of I-130, I-485, I-765
03/03/2017 – Application delivered
03/13 – SMS, E-mail receipt confirmation
03/17 – NOA (PD 03/03/2017)
04/01 – Biometric appointment letter
04/01 – Request for initial evidence (RFE) on I-485
04/03 – RFE response sent
04/04 – RFE response delivered
04/06 – Online acknowledgement of RFE response
04/11 – Biometrics captured
04/28 – I-485 Ready to schedule for Interview
05/30 – Phone call to UCSIS on EAD. Received a mail some minutes later stating they are within processing time from day RFE was received.
06/22 – SR via USCIS website. I was surprised it went through.
06/26 – Response to SR stating they will process within 90 days of receipt of response to RFE
07/06 – Phone call to USCIS and demanded a SR as it was 125 days from PD/93 days from RFE response
07/07 – Great shock. I-765 status updated to ‘New card ordered’
07/11 – Updated to New card mailed
07/14 – New card received by mail about 1pm (133 days from PD/100 days from RFE response)
07/14 – Applied for SSN
Thank you guys, for sharing your experiences. it was my only support through the frustrating and humbling wait.
Now the wait for interview date begins. Anyone abreast with current Philadelphia interview dates & experiences?
