hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and will please need each and everyone's help. I got married to my USC spouse the last march and we want to file for I130, I765, and I485. we have compiled all the documents required. The only problem is filling I864. he traveled out of the country and will be back in six months.he only left his copy of his tax return document but on the website, it says if you submit a copy of your tax return you need to submit a copy of your W2 which he does not have and he is currently out of the country, so he cannot request for it. I am a little confused. should I file only with the copy of his tax return or there is another alternative?
