Timeline Update - June 2017 Filer!
Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to give everyone an update on my timeline :)
My case: Previous F-1 Student, VWP Overstay from Australia for 4 months. Married Feb 14th of this year <3 (Same sex marriage)
Sent papers to USCIS Chicago lockbox via USPS priority: June 14th
PD: June 19th
NOA1: June 23rd (Friday). Received 3 text messages and 3 emails saying case received w MSC reciept numbers. Entered case numbers online the following Monday and says that fingerprint fee was received and that NBC is currently working on my case.
Cheques Cashed: June 24th
NOA1: June 29th Received my 737C Notices in the mail
Bio Appt: June 30th Received letter with biometrics appointment (Set for 14th of July)
RFE: July 12th received text messages and email updates saying a Request for Initial Evidence was mailed to me.
Bio Appt: July 14th Biometrics were completed
RFE: July 15th (Friday) RFE was received in Mail, forgot to file form I-130A. Within the hour I completed the form, consulted my lawyer, went to the post office and sent the RFE back via express post.
RFE: July 19th (Tuesday) Text and email updates received saying they had received my RFE and will now begin working on my case again.
And now we wait :) anyone else have similar timelines? any June/July filers?
