Hello everyone, I have a question and really appreciate if someone can help me.
PD 15AUG2016 (NEW YORK CITY)
INTERVIEW: 28JUNE2017 (FEDERAL PLAZA)
GC APPROVED / CARD IS BEING PRODUCED: 30JUNE2017
GC APPROVAL LETTER RECEIVED: 7JULY2017
It has been 24 days that my card is still being produced. I have called USCIS and asked if my card got stuck on production as it's still not being mailed to me and IO told me that after production update they have 60 days to mail it out.
I've some medical emergency and need to go to my home country for the surgery next week.
How should I get a stamp on my passport? Do I need to make a info pass appointment? Or is there any other way to make an appointment?
Or should I just leave the country without a stamp and once I come back to USA after 2 months, should I just show my advanced parole and green card approval letter to the IO?
It's very important for me and I appreciate for your help.
