Adjustment of Status - I-485

my SR which was completed on the 12th and mailed out that same day was not deliver to me. Today 141 days since EAD. There's an error on uscis side they gave me and my twin same A# that's i processing of correcting I think since no update on that as yet. I called this morning to see if any change with the error got transferred to T2 who told me he cant see anything on me since i'm vawa anyway I told him i'm calling about a notice that was mailed to me on the 12th which I did not receive he couldn't pull it up he told mail to write them with my signature and tell them I did get it.

I mailed it of this morn and also told them again about mix up , when is was delivered and the person name who signed for it on the 20th. I mentioned before any card is mailed out to me they need to correct their error. My second overnight mail to them in less than one week. I'm waiting to see how things play out now.
