Help - Error on Combo Card
On 6/26 I received the notice that my combo card (EAD & AP) is being produced. On 6/28 they mailed the card and I received it a week later. Unfortunately they printed the wrong Country of Birth on my card.

On 7/10 I called the USCIS Customer Service line to report the error and the agent said that she had made a record on the error and told me to wait between 15-30 days.

I called again today, on 7/25, and got conflicting information on the next steps I should do. One agent said I would have to re-submit my I-765 and I-131 forms, which I interpreted as resetting my application timeline back to 3 months. Another agent said to follow the instructions on my notice letter.

On the 6/26 notice, it has a note (I copy word by word):
"When you receive your EAD card, please check that all the information on the card is correct. If you need to change any information on the card, please mail all of the following to the office listed below:
- A letter explaining what information needs to be corrects
- Your EAD card
- A photocopy of this notice
- Evidence to show what the correct information should be. For example, if you need to correct your name, submit a copy of your birth certificate or official name change"

I'm so clueless as what I should do! Anyone has a similar experience?
