I-485, when should I submit for Oct 1st fiscal year
I just noticed the visa retrogression for EB2 ROW. So the numbers should get current from the Oct 1 at the new fiscal year. If I submit for this, when should I post mark my package? Send them end of September? or after Oct 1st?
I didn't notice this until today but we went through the I-693 medical test already but it seems we are going be filing them at the start of flu season 2017-2018. May be I should go back and get the flu shot if they are available now and record it before the doctor seal I-693. Doctors office said it will take about 2 weeks to process the documents, so I can ask them to hold it off until we get the flu shot.
