I765 timeline
Below is my timeline so far for family based AOS:

I-130: Jan 31, 2017, application received. Spouse was GC holder at the time

* March 30, 2017, Spouse became USC
* Sent letter to CSC to inform them about change in status
* Letter was sent back with red markups. It was confusing. I strongly recommend calling USCIS to inform them about change in petition status. Keep calling.

I-485 and I-765: April 27, 2017, application received.
* I strongly recommend using a personal check for fees and using priority mail or courier service to track your mail.
* Heard nothing for almost 21 days. No receipt notice. No cashed check, nothing. Then called USCIS spoke to level 2 officer and the following day check is cashed.
* May 16, fingerprint fee received.
* May 24, SR name error.
* Biometrics May 30. I did a walk-in even though the sign at the ASC said no walk-ins. We had an emergency situation in my family.
* June 2, expedite request by self. The expedite request was based on the job offer and emergency in the family.
* June 13, expedite request through congresswoman. the response was waiting for a background check.
* July 4, change of address request. I was moving to different state.
* July 14, 2nd expedite request by self. This was based on the same job offer.
* July 15, address change was processed. I recommend changing addresses on all forms.
* July 20, card ordered.
* July 24, the card was sent in mail.
* July 25, info pass appointment was scheduled way back. Honestly, I think you can try out walk-ins for info pass. It was near empty during my appointment.
* July 26, called USCIS to get the tracking number. Forwarded to level 2 officer who provided tracking number.
* July 26, received my EAD card.

Thank you, Jesus!
