Adjustment of Status - I-485

I had interview on Feb 08, 2017 and still nothing, no decision made. We called customer service and they say that everything is okay on your end we are doing background checks and they tell same thing every time. My EAD was expired so I applied for another EAD and I received that but no update on I-485 and I-130. My field office was Houston.
