3rd time applying for visitor visa
Hey guys i have a long story here. I have been denied the visa twice and the visa waiver once, is like they have a list of people to denied visa and im on it LOL.
First time i applied i was 20yr no job no school. Cuban citizen and portuguese resident. But it was a family trip (my parent were eligible for the visa waiver). They asked for all the documents (hotels reservation and parents salary). They simply said the i didnt have strong ties to my country.
Second time. I was 25 with a good job and Ok salary, university degree etc. Still cuban citizen and portuguese resident. I gave them salary proof and job contract. This time i was going to travel by myself for 1 month and i wanted to visit some friends. My travel plan was New York san francisco miami and orlando. I was planning to stay with my friend. Same thing, not stront ties to my country.
June 2017 finally i was eligible for the visa waiver, buuuut nope they denied the visa waiver too
So now i decided to try my luck cause why not.
This is my current situation.
Portuguese citizen, same job better salary, (i have the proof for that). Im going for a wedding (also have the wedding invitation). Im engaged and getting married in november( the only proof i have is a picture of my fiance proposing to me lol) Im traveling with my friend and not with my fiancee cause he is working in Australia at the moment. I have the hotels reservation 3 days in Miami (wedding) and 3 days in orlando (disney).
But if you ask im not feeling very positive. So yes, lets hope for the best
