3rd S.R "EAD has been assigned to an officer"
Howdy follow April filers just wanted to share some updates on my case with USCIS. PD 04/28/17
July 12th - 1st S.R EAD was not assigned for processing.
July 27th - 2nd S.R EAD was not assigned for processing.
August 1st- 3rd S.R EAD was not assigned for processing.
I decided to call up one of USCIS representative via phone after putting in my third S.R via USCIS website. The rep... Was very helpful she checked n told me that my case was outside of the processing time n that she had seen where I had made a S.R today n withing 5 days an IO will respond to my case. Within an hour's time I check my case status on USCIS web link n saw a notification which read your EAD case has been assigned to an officer for a response.
Folks plz share if u have similar experiences. Don't know what to think or expect from this notification . My case has been 95 days n counting n 10 weeks out from biometrics. I need that EAD to start working tired been home
