Hello you guys, I have been a silent reader for almost 5 months.
My PD is :03/22/17
From Houston TX
Got my EAD approved 07/13/17 and mailed out to me on 07/18/17
Marriage based
Here is the problem now, it was mailed out and as of right now it's not on my hands yet.
My lawyer got a tracking number and it says "in transit, delayed".
Based on the tracking number is was supposed to be delivered on 07/21/17 but it never made it to my mail box. I contacted USPS and they said they failed to scan the document so they have no clue on where it is. I have a trip to go back to my Country on 08/17/17 and now I, up in the air without an EAD! UGH! What do you guys recommend? Can USCIS just issue me another one without having to wait the 30 days or will they make me pay another fee and wait another 90+ days? Can I travel without the actual EAD?
Any suggestions?
