It's me again, Rosemarie from Cleveland, Ohio. Some of you must have read my previous experience.
And I apologize if I have to write it over again coz am really frustrated.
Marriage based AOS
Arrived Dec 21, 2016
Married to USC March 03, 2017
Filed I485/I130/I765 on April 24, 2017 at Chicago Lockbox
PD: April 26, 2017
Received I 797 on May 02, 2017
No schedule for Biometrics or for anything up until now (Case was received)
First SR raised online: July 12, 2017
Email confirmation received same day stating "Expect a reply by 03Aug "
Second SR raised over the phone with an agent: July 18, 2017
Case History states: On July 20, 2017 your Fingerprint/Biometrics referral number xxxxx was assigned to an officer for response.
Called over 5 times on different occasion and they keep on telling me the same thing. "I have to wait for 30days for an officer to respond to the SR"
Third SR raised online: Aug 02, 2017
Email confirmation received today stating "Expect a reply by 14Aug"
This is frustrating.

Again readers, I only received I797 on May 2, 2017 and that's it.
I'm currently volunteering in a non profit organization in Downtown Cleveland however one paycheck from my husband is really tight. Our financial situation is currently in bad shape.
Yesterday I celebrated my 35th Bday and hoping I will received some good news but nothing.
I know I'm blessed that my husband loves me and takes care of me and my needs.
I just wanna help him with bills.I do hope you understand my situation and where am coming from.
Any advice?
