Any Boston/Lawrence, MA filers? I-485 interview date?
Hello all,
My wife came here through a Fiance Visa, we got married within 90 days, applied for EAD, Green Card, and AP in August 26 (within 90 days of her arrival). The whole process went really fast and smooth, she already received her EAD/AP card in mail early November of 2016, and since then her status read "Ready to be scheduled for an interview". It keeps getting updated with the same status meaning only date changes, for example, first time it showed "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" on November 1ST, second time was February 2ND, and finally today August 3 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". This is frustrating. It has been on the "Ready" status since November 1st basically so it has been about 9 months.
Is anyone else waiting for Lawrence, MA office?
Anyone, please help! I really don't want to renew her EAD since I will have to pay extra money for that, but I guess I will if I have to.
