VISA interview - Switched from OPT to H1B - First time H1B stamping
Hello Guys, I'm new to this forum but I have my first time H1B stamping scheduled in Ottawa on Oct 26th 2017.
Question:
What are the chances of getting my First time H1B stamping not in home country but in Canada?
My situation:
Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Graduated 2014 Dec (Decent School)
Have been working in Automotive as an electrical engineer (switched between three companies, it's been almost 1 yr with this current automotive employer) (Good employer)
VISA: Switched from OPT to H1B October 2016.
Currently, I live in Detroit and figured it would be easier to drive up to Canadian Embassy rather than flying back to India.
What are my chances of a clean stamping without any rejection ? I'm very paranoid, guys :(
