Hi everyone,
I have been following this forum and learning some great information from it on a daily basis. I applied concurrently (130, 485, 765) with June 1st PD. I am desperate to get my EAD expedited because I got laid off in May (H1b). Premium processing is put on hold which means that no employer is willing to transfer my visa. EAD is my only hope to find work. I am also pregnant. I am worried that if I start showing, nobody will give me a job thinking that I will go on maternity in 6 months. Can I request to expedite? Are these reasons reasonable to talk to USCIS?
