Case under review
i had opened a 2nd inquiry regarding my work permit. i had applied for i 130 and i 485 since February but i had sent the I 765 on 05/18/17. It's been 78 days since i applied for work permit. I received an email this morning that my case is currently under review and that i should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly!
hopefully it will be good news, not sure! Anybody had to deal with the same situation???????????
