Brooklyn NYC Pd 21 November 2016
I came to USA in May 2011. I was on F1 visa. I maintained my status and got bachelors in computer science. Unfortunately i could not find a job in my field. I got married in January 2013. My wife had green card that time. I decided not to apply for adjustment of status or application to register as Permanent Resident. We had our first kid in 2014. In 2014 for a period of two years we separated for numerous differences. We came back together last year in September 2016. She was a citizen by that time. We applied through the lawyer.
This is my timeline.
