AOS interview today - I-864W; IO says last will is good evidence
Husband and I had our AOS interview today and it seemed to go smoothly. Two things worth mentioning:

First, our IO didn't give us a decision right away because she said she had to check into my husband's I-864W. She said she sees them so rarely she wanted to make sure that what we had provided (basically, just his Social Security statement showing 10 years/40 credits of work) was enough.

Second, I gave the IO many docs to prove our bona fides, including a copy of my will and my husband's will, each leaving our assets to the other. I rarely saw a will or power of attorney listed as good evidence for proving bona fides while I was researching to get my docs together, but our IO said that it was "great" evidence and was happy to take it. So if you're prepping for your interview and have your wills done, definitely bring a copy!

Timeline so far:
03/25 Application packet (I-130, I-131 and I-485) mailed in
04/07 Rejection notice* - NOOOOO! - entire application returned
04/08 Application packet (resubmission) mailed in
04/20 Application packet received (email notification)
05/09 Biometrics appointment
07/08 NOA for Interview received
07/31 Advance Parole Document was created (saw it updated online)
08/04 Advance Parole Document received, along with NOA about it
08/07 AOS Interview

*Application was rejected because the I-485 I had downloaded in late December and used had been updated/replaced by the time I mailed out the application in late March. Note that both the old and the new versions have the same expiration date in the top right-hand corner, which is 12/31/18. I had been careful not to use forms that were past the expiration date, but it didn't occur to me to look at the "Revised" date in the bottom right-hand corner. Don't forget to check your forms to make sure they're THE MOST RECENT version and compare them to the versions available online soon before you mail in your application.
