Beginning stages...
Hey everyone,
I am in the beginning stages of this process:
NJ filer
PD: 7/20/17
I have some questions:
FIRST: Received the I-797C letters for I-130 & I-485 but nothing for EAD. Is that the way it works (as part of the I-485 package) or will I just be receiving notification for EAD later in the process?
SECOND: I applied for the renewal of my TPS status in June including EAD so that I could keep my job. I am wondering if perhaps I-485 takes precedence and they will just send me the one EAD in connection to that application instead of the EAD in connection to TPS?
THIRD: Has anyone under 2yrs married gotten a 10yr GC (ex: 1year 8months)?
...Now, I'll crawl back under my rock and prepare for at least 10 months of waiting for an interview, based on the experiences of other NJ filers.
