hi everyone,
i need your advise and if anybody had such kind of problem pls help me how to solve it.
i had my medical examination in February , i paid part of it with cash and part with debit card. it was totally paid because i didn't have any insurance.
in March i received bill that i owe money to this hospital and should pay it, i called doctors office and they told me that they need just copy of this bill , so i went office they made copy and promised me that they will correct everything.
next month i received bill again , called office and they were keep promising correcting it.
next month again till july i was calling sending bill copies via email and so on.
in July i received final request that if i dont pay they will send my case to collection group.
i don't know what else should i do. i am worried because i don't have cash receipt any more i have just debit card payment. how can i solve this . this doctor's office telling me that its not problem and they will correct it.
