I-765 processing time and I-131
Applied with I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765, based on marriage with an US citizen.
March 21 documents were delivered to Uscis Chicago.
March 30 they took the money from the account
April 4 received I-797 C, notice of action, for the 4 form
April 7 received appointment for Biometrics
April 19 did the Biometrics
June 21 called them and raised a SR. They answered fast saying the file is under review
July 24 called again and another SR
July 28 received an e-mail saying Card/Document Production. It was Day 129
August 3 received I-797 Notice of Action that I-765 and I-131 were approved
August 7 received the working permit!!!!!!! It`s written on it that you are also allowed to travel, so it has the I-131 on it: "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole".
The working permit is valid for 1 year.
