Almost 8 months after Green Card interview no decision
PD March 22, 2015 QUEENS NEW YORK filed marriage based AOS
Bio Apr 16th , 2015
EAD received in hand May 25, 2015
Interview notice Dec 5th, 2016
Interview Date Jan 17th ,2017
Interviewed Holtsville Long Island - New York
Has anyone done an interview in Long Island and waiting so long like me
We had our interview on Jan 17th. It went pretty smooth no questions out
The norm asked just to verify address and took a picture from out of out album
And said we meet required criteria and that everything looks good to him the
Immigration officers and that within 2-3 weeks we should receive out letter in the mail
And then the card would follow. It's been almost 8 moths
Can anyone give us feed backs
We are frustrated. We have been married 2 years May
What could possibly be holding up our decision. We have called
And done SR and all we hear is that the case has not
Been reviewed and they can't give a time frame as to when
They will make a decision. Does Anatole have any idea
What could be holding this up
Please any advise would be greatly appreciated
