factors that affect processing time
Hey guys,
I would like to know the factors that affect processing time since I see many different timelines in this forum.
I had a consultation with a lawyer and she is said that the processing time seems to be about 4 months and half from time of receipt until interview date but I dont think thats true.
Here is my timeline, AOS thru marriage of a USC (Norfolk, VA)
PD - July 11th, 2017
RFE- July 26th 2017 (sent response next day but case update online still says RFE mailed)
Bio appt - August 17th 2017
