116 days EAD waiting
Its been 116 days since PD, i have a job offer for 6 months but since I havenot received my EAD, i am on the verge of losing it now. The worst of all is I received RFE on 85th day which was for birth certificate . It was mailed out to me after 10 days of online update of RFE, All of this is so ridiculous and stressful. Is there anyone who received the RFE this late and how long did it take to get EAD. I am planning to expedite on 120th day but not sure what to do.
