I-485 5 Months No Decision (Help)
Hello,
My names is Wendy, had interview 5 months ago here in Houston office and no decision. At the end of interview, the IO said she will send us a letter in two weeks which we must respond to. We waited 1 months no letter, we called USCIS and spoke with level 2 officer and said he will open a request and we should get a response soon. Yes, we did got a letter from USCIS and the letter says within 45 to 60 days the IO will send a decision, we waited over 60 days and no response. We called USCIS again (level 2 officer) and said all what he could do is to request again and ask Houston office why no response after 60 days. This is frustrating, Please for God sake can anyone suggest what to do? Would appreciate any ideas. Please advice what to do please. Don't read and pass by, suggest any form of idead you think work for someone you know or you experienced please. Thanks
