Tax papers for a joint sponsor
Dear All, I need some helps. I have a request for initial evidence. My petitioner does not have enough income to sponsor me, in fact, and does not fill income tax return in 2 recent years.
Thus, I have a joint sponsor. I submitted his federal income tax (form 1040), birth certificate, and pay stub. However, USCIS wants to have all his supporting tax documents. My question is what tax document do i need to submit? W-2s? 1099s (my sponsor does sale any real estate)? , 2555 (he does not work outside US) and what is tax schedules?
Could I obtain those form online?
And does my petitioner need to submit tax return in 2014?

Thank you very much,
