I-485 based on marraige with USC but living apart because of school and job
Hey Currently living in New York and my wife is living in Chicago. We got married last month in July. Currently I am on STEM OPT and working in NYC. My wife is in school and she just had one year left for completion of her school. So, we are not able to live together as she is not able to find a good school which transfer the credits for her course. And I can not switch my job as I am on OPT. So, we both are not able to move together till next March.
Our marraige is real. I have added her on my Health Insurance, dental, Vision and also added her the beneficery of all my benefits in all account. Also we had Join account in which my salary is directly deposited bi-weekly.
So, my question is if I am applying my I-485 now then will that make any problem in getting Green card?
