Hi there,i have an overstayed B2 visa,i got married in feb 2017,i submitted my I-130,I-485,I-864,I-765,I-693 on 1 august.My wife had a driving ticket for a minor driving without driver licence in 2008,which she never followed up and led to a warrant for her arrest.
is this going to affect my interview,adjustment of status,im so confused because people keep telling me different things,please I need you guys advice on what to do
