NY filler receipt
Hi everyone , im new in this forum but I really need your help. AOS based marriage .i filled July 19 2017 through lawyer . And untill now I have not yet received the receipt notice wich is weird also they have not cashed the check. I called the lawyer she said that she sent all documents and application to the USCIS on July 19 , and said that it's normal because in New York they are stuck and it may take 3months to get the receipt .i have no idea what going on and what Can i do !!! If anyone have the same situation please any advise would be grateful .
