Need october date
Hi all,
I am an Indian citizen living in USA and have an approved h1b extension petition. I am looking for visa appointments, but looks like nothing is available in sept/october 2017 in Canada.
However when I change the selection from "Are you traveling from another country to apply for a U.S. visa in Canada?" from "Yes" to "No" earlier appointments are available. Now I read on this forum that we can select "No" if we have valid proof of residency in USA. Is that right? Has anyone had successful visa appointments by selecting "No" ?
