Hello I ve been reading all the experience for a while and now I gonna share with u my timeline
Sent I485 , I130 , l765 on April 17
Immigration sent me back all the forms because I sent the wrong fees after 1 month
I sent the package back on may 14
My PD became May 16 th
May 20 got the receipts
May 28 biometrics appointment
June 14 biometrics done
June 16 Request for evidence
June 20 the got the request for evidence
Agust 12 this case is ready to schudele for an interview
No EAD yet
Is someone on here with the same priority day that have the EAD already ?
How long does it usually take ?
I hearded that when they send RFE the processing time start again so since the got my respond
Its been 65 days , I m in Florida in the fort myers area .
