I will like to share my timeline and also seek for advice from anyone in the forum.
PD: April 13,
Bio-metrics: May 15
1st SR: July 27
Response: Aug 7 (Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.)
2nd SR: Aug 15- No response on that yet and it states on my USCIS profile that the case hasn't be assinged.
Went to seek help with the office of the Congressman Aug 18, signed the privacy waiver form.
As of today (Day 132), no update on my case.
Kindly advice on any other way to expedite.
