Address Change
Hello,
We are filing AOS marriage based and I have a question regarding change of address.
We just recently bought a house in New York the beginning of this year and stayed there until June, my wife got a job offer and temporarily moved and has been working in Gainesville, FL for a year will probably come back and stay in my house at New York after 1 year (around June 2018).
Since we have a house in New York and she only temporarily stays in FL for 1 year, I often go back and forward between FL and NY to stay with her in FL and manage the house (renting out to some of my friends) in NY.
So, for our situation, do we need to report address change? The lease of apt she is staying in FL has both our names on it, and I physically stay there about half of the time.
