been waiting for 129 days for my husband work permit, they received our case on April 17, our lawyer just filed an inquiry yesterday, how effective is that? how long more can it take? i know all cases are different but have someone experience something like that? the service center is Nebraska, is there anything else i can do? thanks in advance!
