Hello everyone,
I'm planning to apply for EAD via OPT in a couple of weeks as I'm graduating this Fall. Also, I will be putting in the application for concurrent filing for AOS in september ending and intend to include the EAD application since there is no additional fee for that. This means I will be having two EAD applications in processing. My questions are:
1. is it ok to have two EAD applications in processing, one through OPT and the other through AOS?
2. Will it, in any way, jeopardize my application?
3. what would you advise?
