Question about Service Request response....
Quick questions about response to my SR...
I issue service request for my case outside normal processing times at TSC... after 3 weeks, the response to my SR is as follows:
"abcd blah blah... Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication... blah blah blah"
This appear to be one of their standard response. Has anyone got similar response? What happened after this response? Did they issue RFE or decision or nothing happened, but a long wait...
